Projects start with a written agreement

The pages here describe my work and possible services. A project starts with an agreed scope, quote and payment milestones. Those written project terms set out the deliverables, timing, access, ownership and support for that project.

For custom builds, the first agreed milestone is funded before the build starts. Third party accounts and service costs are identified in the quote. A new feature or a larger change may need a separate quote.

Demos and examples

Projects are labelled as my own products, demonstrations, practice work or public data analysis. Made up and sample data are for explanation. They are not results from a paying client.

A demo shows a particular example. It does not guarantee a result with your records or workflow. We test the agreed project before handover.

Tools and membership

Product descriptions and the terms shown at Gumroad checkout apply to tools and memberships bought there. The membership page explains what each plan includes. A custom project is quoted separately from a product purchase.

Some links and media use other providers. Their own terms apply when you use their services. Naming a tool or company here does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
