I build small systems for business owners. Each service below tells you what you get and what it does well. I also explain how it works from the first email to the end. If a simpler fix is enough, I will tell you on the call.

Automations in the tools you already use
Most offices run on five or six programs that do not talk to each other. A person has to move the information by hand. An automation is a small set of rules that does this work for you. It says when this happens here, do that there.
I build these on n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, Google Apps Script, Excel and Power Query. In plain words, n8n, Make and Zapier connect online apps to each other. Power Automate does the same inside Microsoft 365. Apps Script lives inside Google Sheets and Gmail. Excel and Power Query handle the files on your own computer. I choose the tool based on what you already pay for. I also look at what your staff open every day.

From start to end
You email me the job you still do by hand. If it looks like a fit, I set up a ten minute call. You get a written range the same day. Next I show you a small test on made up data and a written quote. Once the scope and the first payment milestone are agreed through Upwork, I build and test on made up data, in your accounts. At the end you get the files and the guide. My access ends there. Monthly care after that is your choice.
What it is not
It is not a new program for your staff to learn. It is not a replacement for your lead software, your accounting program or your email. It is the glue holding them together. If your software already does the job on its own, I will tell you. You will not need me.

Monthly care: I run your automations for you
An automation needs attention. The connected apps change every few months. A password gets reset or a sheet gets a new column. Then the automation stops or runs with wrong data. Monthly care means I watch it so you do not have to.
People call this Automation as a Service. Here it means something simple. I build it, I run it, I fix it, and you receive the result. You never have to open n8n, Make or any builder. You can look inside at any time. Everything sits in accounts in your name.
What a month of care includes
- A check that every scheduled run finished and a fix when one fails.
- Repairs when a connected app changes its rules or a login expires.
- Small changes you ask for up to an agreed number of hours a month.
- Updates to self hosted n8n and to any local tools I installed.
- A short note each month saying what ran, what broke and what I changed.
What it does not include
- New automations or new connections get their own written range so the fee stays clear.
- Changes to the apps themselves or to your accounts with them.
Where your automations live
They live in your own n8n Cloud account paid by you or on a server you control that I set up in your name. Or they live in your own Make, Zapier or Microsoft account. You can see every workflow and change it if you wish.
If you would rather own no account at all, I can run the automation on my own n8n. Then you receive only the results, never a login. That is what n8n's licence allows a one person studio to do.
What I do not offer: a login to an n8n that I host for you. n8n's rules keep that for its own paid service and for companies with a commercial licence from n8n. Saying this plainly is cheaper than finding out later.
From start to end
Care usually starts at the end of a build. It can also start on an automation someone else built. I read it first to see what is fragile. Then I give you a written range for the month. Payment runs month by month through Upwork. If you stop, everything stays in your accounts with a written guide. I also hand over an export of anything that ran on my n8n.
What it is not
It is not a promise that nothing ever breaks. Apps change without warning. It is a promise that when something breaks, a real person notices it. I fix the break and tell you about it.

AI that stays inside your office
Online AI services work by sending your text or files to a big company. You might not want to do this for contracts, medical letters, staff records or client photos. A local AI model is the same kind of program. I install it on your own computer or on a server in your office. Your files are read right where they sit.
I set up the model and the automation around it. I also build the one click tool your staff actually use. I do the first setup myself on a screen share you watch. I can also do it in person around Islamabad and Rawalpindi. When the model runs locally, nothing goes to me or anyone else. If a job needs an online AI for one step, I say so in the quote. You decide before I build anything.

- Sorting thousands of photos or scans into named folders by what is in them.
- Reading letters, claims or service tickets and drafting a reply for you to check.
- Finding which jobs, claims or tickets were never billed, chased or closed.
- Asking questions about your manuals, contracts and old emails to get an answer with the source.
What you get
- The local AI model and the tool installed and tested on made up files.
- A one click way to run it with no command line for your staff.
- A written guide, three months of free support and monthly care if you want it.
What it needs
- A newer computer with enough memory and sometimes a graphics card. I tell you honestly on the first call if your machine is enough or what an upgrade costs from a shop.
- A sample of the files with private details removed, or just the column names and a made up example.
From start to end
A ten minute call about your files and your computer. I give you a written range the same day. I show a small test on made up files with the quote. Then I do the setup and test it. At the end I give you the written guide. My access ends there. Updates to the model and the tool are part of monthly care if you choose it.
Honest limits
A local model is smaller and slower than the big online ones. It is very good at sorting, finding, drafting and reading inside your files. It is not the right tool for every job and I will tell you on the call.
Files stay in your office only when the model runs on your computer. If any step uses an online AI I will tell you clearly.
Nothing here is a finished product. Each setup is built just for your files and tested on made up data first.

I made these designs to show the idea. Every number, name and file in them is made up. None is running for a business yet. Each is the kind of system I can build for you after a call.

Every inquiry gets a reply from an address in the agent's name. The answers are filed in the lead software and hot ones are flagged. The owner gets one page a week.

Headshot photos sorted into named folders.
On shoot day one photo of a name card marks each person. Later one click on the studio computer files every photo by name. It also lists who was missed.

Unpaid insurance claims grouped by days waiting.
A letter to the insurer is drafted for the oldest ones. Staff approve and send them the usual way.

The jobs not billed yet are listed for the office. This works even for the one hour jobs.

Before you write
Questions owners ask.
Who owns the automations?
You do. They are built in accounts in your name. At the end you get the exported workflow files and a written guide. If an automation runs on my n8n, you still own the design. I hand you an export the moment you ask for it.
What happens if one of the apps changes and the automation stops?
This is normal. In the first three months after the build, small fixes are free. With monthly care, I watch the runs and fix breaks as part of the month. Without care, the written guide tells you what to check. You can email me for a quote on the fix.
Do you see my data?
I build and test on made up data that matches your layout. During the build and any support session I use access you give me. You can remove this access at any time. I take no copies of your files. For online automations, your data moves between your own accounts. For a local AI setup, nothing is sent to me or anyone else. Any health check I set up sends me counts, never contents.
What does monthly care include?
A check that every run finished and repairs when an app changes or a login expires. It includes small changes up to an agreed number of hours and updates to self hosted n8n or local tools. You get a short note every month. New automations are quoted separately.
Do I have to buy n8n, Make or Zapier?
Usually the account is in your name and you pay the app directly. This means you own it and can see everything. Some jobs fit the free tiers. I put every outside cost in the quote before you say yes. If you would rather own nothing, the run it for you option on my n8n exists. You receive only the results.
What do I need before the first call?
The names of the programs you use, logins that you control, and a plain description of the steps someone does by hand. A made up example or the column names of your sheet is enough for the first call. For local AI, I need to know roughly what computer you have.

How do I pay, and when?
Through Upwork, on a free client account. Escrow holds the money, and each part is released only when you approve it. Monthly care is paid month by month the same way. No payment is asked before the written quote.
Can you host n8n for me so I can log in to it?
No. n8n's licence keeps that for its own paid cloud service and for companies with a commercial licence. What I can do is set up n8n in your own name, on your own server or your own n8n Cloud account, and look after it there. Or run the automation on my n8n where you receive the results only.
Where are you and when do you reply?
I live in Islamabad, Pakistan. I reply by email, usually within a day. Calls are set in your time zone.
