You work directly with me from the first email to handover. You only work with me after that if you choose monthly care. I am based in Islamabad, Pakistan, on UTC+5.

A short call
Start by describing the job by email. If it looks like a fit, I arrange a ten minute call in your time zone. A description or a made up example is enough for the first conversation.

A written range
The range is based on my public hourly rate and the hours the agreed scope needs. I set out what is included. I also list any accounts or services you would pay for directly.

A small prototype
A small prototype shows how the system would work. It uses made up data and comes with the written quote. It is not the finished build.

Build and test
Once the scope and payment milestones are agreed through Upwork and the first milestone is funded, I build and test on made up data. You check the output and the steps that need your approval before anything touches your real records.

Handover
You receive the files, an export of the workflows, and a written runbook. My access ends at handover. Three months of free support covers small changes within the agreed scope. Larger additions get a separate quote.

Monthly care if you want it
After handover you can run it yourself with the runbook. Or you can ask me to look after it. Care covers checking every run. I fix breaks when an app changes. I make small changes up to agreed hours. I do updates to self hosted n8n or local tools. Everything stays in your accounts. You can stop at any time and keep it all.
Your data and access
You and I agree where the data lives, what each service receives and which actions need your approval. You keep control of the accounts. An automation that reads one inquiry address never needs your whole inbox. A fully local AI setup is possible when the model also runs on your computer. I design it per job. It is not sold here as a finished product.

Where will the system run?
On your own computer or in your own online accounts. You and I agree the setup and any outside services before work starts.
Will my files go to an online AI service?
That depends on the agreed setup. A fully local AI system needs a model running on your computer too. If a project uses an online AI service, I explain what it receives before you approve the setup.
Do you need my real records to build it?
I build and test on made up data that matches the layout and workflow. Start with column names and an example with private details removed.
Who has access after handover?
You control the accounts and can remove my access. If support needs access later, you give me temporary access that you can remove again.
What happens if something stops working?
The written runbook covers normal use and what to check. Email me for support. Any agreed health check shares counts only, never record or file contents.
How do pricing and payment work?
I quote the scope and price in writing. Payment milestones are agreed through Upwork before the build, and the first milestone is funded before work starts. Any outside service costs are listed separately.
